A body which was found onto the roof of apartments in Playa del Inglés, in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Gran Canaria, on Tuesday has been named by La Provincia newspaper as a 25 year old tourist from Finland, F.K.W. His girlfriend had reported him missing on Sunday after he had failed to return to their holiday apartment the previous night. None of his documentation was missing when his body was found, and robbery has been ruled out as the motive for his death. It is believed to have been accidental, and he is thought to have died after falling a distance of some 25 metres onto the roof.
